ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-1 in the area bound by


West Roscoe Street; the alley next northeast of and parallel to North Elston Avenue; a line perpendicular to North Elston Avenue lying 412.72 feet southeast of West Roscoe Street as measured along the northeast right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue; North Elston Avneue; and a line perpendicular to North Elston Avenue lying 108.5 feet southeast of West Roscoe Street as measured along the northeast right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue
to those of a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.



SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The applicant seeks a zoning change to permit the establishment of a 4,000 square foot tavern with a medium venue public place of amusement license to allow for an accessory amusement arcade use.
