BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Consulate Parking Signs at the below listed locations:
 
 
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
42      E. Walton Street; E. Walton Street (north side) from a point 20 feet west of N. Michigan
Avenue to a point 20 feet west thereof; Bahamas Consulate Parking, All Times, All Days - (14-01586037) [02014-7728]
 
 
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Consulate Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
