BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bounded by


North McCormick Road; a line 733.82 feet northeast of the northeast boundary line ofNorth Lincoln Avenue (at the point of intersection with the southeast boundary line ofNorth McCormick Road) as measured along the southeast boundary line of North McCormick Road; a southeasterly line perpendicular to North McCormick Road 212.18 feet long starting at the point previously described and ending at a point 62.67 feet west of the west boundary line of the Sanitary District of Chicago (North Shore Channel) and 1097.38 feet north of the northeast boundary line of North Lincoln Avenue (as measured at the west boundary line of the Sanitary District of Chicago "North Shore Channel"); then a line running in an easterly direction 62.67 feet long and ending at the west boundary line of the Sanitary District of Chicago (North Shore Channel); the west boundary line of the Sanitary District of Chicago (North Shore Channel); a line running in a westerly direction 215.14 feet long and 990.38 feet north ofthe northeast boundary line ofNorth Lincoln Avenue (as measured along the west boundary line of the Sanitary District of Chicago "North Shore Channel"); then a 171.01 foot long line running in a northwesterly direction and perpendicular to North McCormick Road and ending at the southeast boundary line ofNorth McCormick Road at a point 568.77 feet northeast of the northeast boundary line ofNorth Lincoln Avenue (at the point of intersection with the southeast boundary line ofNorth McCormick Road); North McCormick Road,
