Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
. SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FIFIELD REALTY PARTNERS LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eighteen (18) * Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 347 W. Chestnut St
'"Said Caisson(s) at W. CHESTNUT STREET measure(s): Nine (9) atone point one seven (1.17) foot in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of ninety-four point seven seven (94.77) square feet. Caissons shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
Said Caisson(s) at N. ORLEANS STREET -W. CHESTNUT STREET measure(s):
One (1) at one point one seven (1.17) foot in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of four point six eight (4.68) square feet. Caisson shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
Said Caisson(s) at N. ORLEANS STREET measure(s):
One (1) at two point five (2.5) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of twenty (20) square feet. Caisson shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
J One (1) at two point four two (2.42) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of nineteen point three six :-. (19.36) square feet. Caisson shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.

One (1) at two (2) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of sixteen (16) square feet. Caisson shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
Said Caisson(s) at PUBLIC ALLEY measure(s):
Two (2) at one point five (1.5) foot in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of nine (9) square feet. Caissons shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
Two (2) at two point two five (2.25) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of twenty-two point five (22.5) ■ square feet. Caissons shall be approximately eighty-five (85) feet in depth.
 
 
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
 
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).

This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
 
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1115954 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
 
 
 
 
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public ' way.
