AMEND - SINGLE DIRECTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Repeal ordinance passed 3-12-08, page 22798 which reads W. 118^th St. from S. Morgan St. to S. Peoria St. - Easterly by striking the above 10-00804016 (PO2010-3445) (34^th Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed 12-10-76, page 4152 which reads N. Bernard St. from W. Lawrence Ave. tap 200' north thereof by striking the above 10-01374364 (PO2010-4904) (39^th Ward);

SECTION 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Traffic Control and Safety, to which were referred (May 12, and July 28, 2010) ordinance to amend traffic movement on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting vote.
