DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"West 50^th Street      from 4034 - 4098 and from 4035 - 4099,

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday thru Friday, Residential Permit Parking Zone 36."

And inserting in lieu thereof

West 50^tn Street

from 4034 - 4098 and from 4035 - 4099, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, Residential Permit Parking Zone 38."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
