ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone at 3301 through 3318 North Keystone Avenue, from West School Street to North Milwaukee Avenue (both sides) Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 7:00 am.
