BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the M3-3, Heavy Industry District symbols as shown on Map No. 5 - H in the area bounded by:


A line 63 feet Southeast of and almost parallel to West Fullerton Avenue (as measured along the Southwest boundary line of North Elston Avenue); North Elston Avenue; a line 89 feet Southeast of and almost parallel to West Fullerton Avenue (as measured along the Southwest boundary line of North Elston Avenue); the public alley next Southwest of and parallel to North Elston Avenue
