BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 7-G in the area bounded by:

North Janssen Avenue; a line parallel to and 241.00 feet north ofthe north line ofthe right of way of West Fullerton Avenue; the public alley parallel to and west of North Janssen Avenue; and a line parallel to and 266.00 feet north of the north line of the right of way of West Fullerton Avenue

to those of an RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The undersigned certifies that Ihe has complied with the requirements of Section 17-13-0107 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, by sending written notice to such property owners who appear to be the owners of the property within the subject area not solely owned by the applicant, and to the owners of all property within 250 feet in each direction of the lot line of the subject property, exclusive of public roads, streets, alleys and other public ways, or a total distance limited to 400 feet. Said "written notice" was sent by First Class U.S. Mail, no more than 30 days before filing the application.
