BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11 -H in the area bounded by



the public alley next north of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; a line 47.20 feet east of and parallel to North Damen Avenue, West Irving Park Road; North Damen Avenue;


to those of a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
