BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One (1) Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
36 W. Grand Avenue; W. Grand Avenue (north side) from a point 260 feet west of
N. Lamon Avenue to the first driveway west thereof; One (1) Hour Parking, 7:00am to 5:00pm, All Days, Public Benefit [02015-860]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One (1) Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
