BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is herby authorized and directed to exempt the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA] from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 1052 W. Sunnyside.
