ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. 16-16-030 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through and inserting the underscored language, as follows:

16-16-030 Definitions.

"Adult entertainment cabaret" means a public or private establishment which: (I) (i) features topless dancers₇ or strippersT-malo or fomalo impersonators; (ii) not infrequently, features entertainers who display "specified anatomical areas;" areas"; or (iii) features entertainers who by reason of their appearance or conduct perform in a manner which is designed primarily to appeal to the prurient interest of the patron or entertainers who engage in, or engage in explicit simulation of, "specified sexual activities", activities."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
