Se It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to WOOLMAN WASHINGTON " COOPERATIVE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use six (6) Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 2043-2057 W. Pierce Ave
Said Fence(s) at W. Pierce Avenue measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred six (106) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred six (106) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately two (2) feet in height.
One (1) at one hundred ten (110) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred ten (110) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately two (2) feet in height.
One (1) at one hundred eight (108) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred eight (108) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately, two (2) feet in height.
One (1) atone hundred twenty-six (126) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred twenty-six (126) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately two (2) feet in height.

Said Fence(s) at N. Hoyne Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-four (94) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of ninety-four (94) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately two (2) feet in height.
One (1) at one hundred forty-six (146) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred forty-six (146) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately two (2) feet in height.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Proj...
