ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Buffer Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 17th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

7958 - 8000 S. Peoria St (even side ofthe street); 7959 - 8001 S. Peoria St. (odd side of the street); Anytime, (Zone 77)

7958 to 8000 South Peoria Street (even side ofthe street); 7959 to 8001 South Peoria Street (odd side ofthe street); Anytime; (Zone 77)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Buffer Residential Permit Parking Zone 77, shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
