AMENDMENT TO A LOADING ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on June
3, 2009, printed on page 64683 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date,
established a No Parking Loading Zone on a portion of a designated street, be
and the same is hereby amended by striking the following:
West Webster Avenue, at 750, from a point 15 feet west of North Edward Court to a point 75 feet west thereof - no parking/valet loading zone - 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight -- daily
and inserting in lieu thereof:
West Webster Avenue (north side) from a point 37 feet east of North Halsted Street, to a point 25 feet east thereof - no parking/valet loading zone - 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight -- daily
