BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1, Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of

Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Bethesda Home and Retirement Center, at 2833 North Nordica Avenue, Chicago 60634, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to exit the facility at: 2833 North Nordica Avenue and 7000 West Wolfram Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's passage and
