SECTION 1 That, the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District and B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-E in area bound by

A LINE 148.68 FEET NORTH OF AND PARALLEL TO EAST PERSHING ROAD; SOUTH DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE; EAST PERSHING ROAD; SOUTH CALUMET AVENUE; THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT NORTH OF EAST PERSHING ROAD; AND, THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT WEST OF SOUTH DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING AVENUE

To those of an B3-3 Community Shopping District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
