BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the M3-3 Heavy Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.3-G in the area bounded by

beginning at a point which is at North Throop Street or the line thereof if extended where no street exist and the south right-of-way ofthe alley next north of and parallel to West Augusta Boulevard; a line from a point at North Throop Street or the line thereof if extended and the south right-of-way line of the alley next north of and parallel to West Augusta Boulevard; to a point, 91.25 feet east of North Throop Street and the north right-of-way line of West Augusta Boulevard; West Augusta Boulevard; and North Throop Street or the line thereof if extended where no street exists,

to those of a B3-3 Community Shopping District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
