hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Single-Unit Detached House District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in the area bounded by
A line 219 feet north of the north line of West Cortland Street; the public alley next east of North Sawyer Avenue; a line 186 feet north of the north line of West Cortland Street; North Sawyer Avenue.

The undersigned, Steven D. Friedland, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and states the following:
