TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:


WARD TOW ZONES:

11 S. Union Avenue; S. Union Avenue (east side),from a point 50 feet south of W.
Maxwell Street to W.14th Street; and Also; S. Union Avenue (west side) from W. Maxwell Street to W. 14th Street; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days — (14-01299190) [02014-5857]
32 N. Greenfield Avenue; N. Greenfield Avenue (east side) from W. Fullerton Avenue to a
point 40 feet north thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days -(15-00309617) [02015-802]
39 5609 N. Tripp Avenue; N. Tripp Avenue (east side) from a point 150 feet north of W.
Bryn Mawr Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days - (15-00277424) [02015-790]



WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
42 W. Fulton Street; Repeal Ordinance which reads: W. Fulton Street (north side)
between N. Union Avenue and N. Desplaines Street; No Parking Tow Zone, 6:00am to 6:00pm, by striking the above [02015-2566]



SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
