MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS SCHOOL PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend School Personnel Permit Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

3      W. 13th Street; W. 13th Street (north side) from S. Plymouth Court to S. Federal

Street; Official School Personnel Permit Parking Only, 7:00am to 4:30pm, School Days, No Parking Tow Zone, All Other Times - (14-00996276) [Or2014-254]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend School Personnel Permit Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
