BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Street and/or Alley Closure designations at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLANEOUS:
9 S. Kensington Avenue; S. Kensington Avenue from S. Prairie Avenue to S. Indiana
Avenue; and Also; S. Prairie Avenue from 11533 S. Prairie Avenue (alley) to S. Kensington Avenue; Street Closure, Chicago International Charter School, 7:15am to 8:00am and 3:00pm to 4:00pm, School Days - (14-00504428) [02013-9232]
30 N. McVicker Avenue; N. McVicker Avenue from W. George Street to W. Wellington
Avenue; and Also; First (north - south) alley west of N. Austin Avenue between W. Wellington Avenue and W. Nelson Street; Street And/Or Alley Closure, 2:15pm to 2:45pm, School Days Only - (15-00261340) [Or2015-12]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Street And/Or Alley Closure on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with dissenting votes.
