BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing all Bl-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District

of the symbols and indications as shown on Map No 13-G in the area bounded by



a line 148.38 feet north of West Foster Avenue; North Clark Street; a line 108.33 feet north of West Foster Avenue; and the public alley next west of North Clark Street













to those of B3-2 Community Shopping District


SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
