Ordinance
WHEREAS, on November 12, 2014 the City Council of the City of Chicago adopted an ordinance entitled "Submission of Final Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds for Community Development Block Grant Year XLI, as Amended" (the "Year XLI CDBG Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, The City, through the Office of Budget and Management, desires to allocate an additional $337',346 available for CDBG-related expenditures as a result of salvage, and it is prudent and appropriate to incorporate these funds into the Year XLI CDBG Ordinance in order to offset a reduction in the grant; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are expressly incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The Year XLI CDBG Ordinance, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking the words and figures and adding the words and figures indicated in Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
