Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430- of the Municipal code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1615 Burling. LLC of 612 W. Willow. Chicago. IL 60614 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities at 1615-1627 N. Burling.
