ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the extension of existing residential permit parking zones # 848 and 920 to include   the wrap-around at 6201 South Kolmar Avenue , on the south side of West 62^nd Street, from South Kolmar Avenue east to the first alley.
