SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A8116
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District and Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-J and 9-K in the area bounded by
West Cornelia Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Pulaski Road; West Roscoe Street; North Pulaski Road; the public alley next northeast of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 150 feet west of and parallel to the public alley next west of and parallel to North Pulaski Road; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Roscoe Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Pulaski Road; West Cornelia Avenue; North Pulaski Road,
to those of an B3-1 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
