Section I. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location, during the designated day of the week and hours ofthe day in which the parking of vehicles is prohibited due to Street Cleaning.

No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, Leavitt from Chicago to Superior (West side)— 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. First (1) Tuesday of every month. April 1 to November 30.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication. \
