BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council establishing parking prohibition at all times, except for disabled, in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Halsted Street      at No. 9757; Permit Number 91479

(DISABLED PARKING)."

and inserting in lieu thereof

"West 98^th Street      at No. 758; Permit Number 91479; extending

existing distance two feet to the east

(DISABLED PARKING)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
