REPEAL THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal an ordinance passed January 9, 2008 C.J.P. 18950 by striking the below.

Location

3250 N. Clark Street

North Clark Street (west side) from a point 205 feet south of West School Street, to a point 25 feet south thereof—15 minute standing zone—use flashing lights after 15 minutes -8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. -Monday through Saturday

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
