BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS2 Single Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-N in the area bounded by


West Gregory Street; North Neva Avenue; the public alley next southwest of and almost parallel to West Gregory Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Neva Avenue,


to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
