SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 7-38-117 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language stricken through and by inserting the language underscored, as follows:

7-38-117 Mobile food vehicle stands program.

(i)      The commissioner of transportation is authorized to establish a mobile food vehicle stand within the side ofthe block where each of the following addresses is located:
