HURON WELLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION Acct. No. 286052 -1 Permit No. 1118662
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to HURON WELLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 156-164 W. Huron St
Said Fence(s) at 156-58 W. Huron measure(s):
One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total often (10) square feet. Existing fence is approximately one point five eight in 1.58) feet in height.
Said Fence(s) at 156.58 W. Huron measure(s):
One (1) at five (5) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of two point five (2.5) square feet. Existing fence is approximately one point five eight (1.58) feet in height.
Said Fence(s) at 162-64 W. Huron measure(s):
One (1) at two (2) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of one (1) square feet. Existing fence is approximately one point five eight (1.58) feet in height.
