Please take notice that I have selected and do hereby designate Carole L. Brown as my additional proxy for me in my name, place and stead to affix my signature as Mayor of the City of Chicago to any bond, note or other financial instrument required to be signed by the Mayor.

By this letter I hereby revoke the proxy designation of Lois Scott for the above-described instruments made by me on May 20, 2011.

Appended hereto is a written signature of my name as it will appear on said written instruments as executed by Carole L. Brown and with the proxy's signature underneath, all as required by statute. This proxy was filed with the City Clerk on May 28, 2015.
