BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
38 W. Irving Park Road; Repeal Ordinance Passed 12/16/1987, journal page 7455, which
reads: W. Irving Park Road, (south side) from N. Nottingham Avenue to N. Neva Avenue; One Hour Parking, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday, by Striking the above - (15-00934602) [02014-8705]
38 W. Montrose Avenue; W. Montrose Avenue (south side) from a point 91 feet east of N.
Narragansett Avenue to a point 32 feet east thereof; One Hour Parking, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Saturday - (15-01903859) [02015-2403]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
