BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
6 7000 S. Michigan Avenue; S. Michigan Avenue (west side) from a point 20 feet south
of E. 70th Street to a point 60 feet south thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), 8:00am to 6:00pm, All Days, Public Benefit - (14-00754220) [02014-3377]
26 3240 W. Division Street; W. Division Street (north side) from a point 197 feet east of
W. North Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), All Times, All Days - (14-02152149) [02015-776]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
