BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols as shown on Map No. 9-H in the area bounded by:
A line 231.41 feet North of and parallel to West Addison Street; North Leavitt Street; a line 201.41 feet North of and parallel to West Addison Street; the public alley next West of and parallel to North Leavitt Street.
To those of an RT3.5, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District
SECTION 2. This Ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval. Common address of property: 3622 North Leavitt Street, Chicago IL.

Said written notice was sent by First Class U.S. Mail, no more than 30 days before filling the application
