SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-H in the area bounded by
A line 933.71 feet north of the north line of West Berwyn Avenue; a line 630 feet east of east line of North Western Avenue (as measured along the north line of West Balmoral Avenue if extended eastward); a line 791.71 feet north of the north line of West Berwyn Avenue; a line 795.05 feet east of North Western Avenue (as measured along the north line of West Balmoral Avenue if extended eastward); and a line 655.71 north of the north line of West Berwyn Avenue; and North Western Avenue,
to those of Institutional Planned Development No. and a corresponding use district
is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.

"Planned Development") consists of a net site area of approximately 194,361 square feet of property which is depicted on the attached Planned Development Boundary and Property Line Map (the "Property'"). The Property is owned by SCI Illinois Services, Inc. The applicant, Intrinsic Schools, an Illinois not for profit corporation (the "Applicant") makes this application with the consent of SCI Illinois Services, Inc.
