Se It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to GOODWILL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1201 W. Washington Blvd
Said Awning(s) at W. WASHINGTON measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point seven (16.7) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-six point eight (66.8) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. WASHINGTON measure(s):
Two (2) at seventeen point five (17.5) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty (140) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. WASHINGTON measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen point eight (14.8) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine point two (59.2) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. WASHINGTON measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point three (16.3) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-five point two (65.2) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. RACINE measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point five (16.5) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-six (66) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. RACINE measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen point six (17.6) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of seventy point four (70.4) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
