SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
RYAN COMPANIES US, INC. Acct. No. 398968 - 1 Permit No. 1119137

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RYAN COMPANIES US, INC., upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Canopy(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 821-833 N. Clark St
Said Canopy(s) at N. Clark measure(s):
One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and twenty-two (22) feet in width for a total of eighty-eight (88) square feet.
One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and fourteen (14) feet in width for a total of fifty-six (56) square feet.
One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and twenty-eight (28) feet in width for a total of one hundred twelve (112) square
feet.
One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and twenty-three (23) feet in width for a total of ninety-two (92) square feet. One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and eight point five (8.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-four (34) square feet. One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and twenty-four (24) feet in width for a total of ninety-six (96) square feet. One (1) at five point eight eight (5.88) feet in length, and forty-nine point two five (49.25) feet in width for a total of two hundred eighty-nine point five nine (289.59) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
