ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Buffer Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 49th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

1209 West Arthur Avenue (odd side of the street); 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday, (Zone 56).

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Buffer Residential Permit Parking Zone [56], shall take effect upon passage and publication.
