ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:
S. Indiana Ave. (west side): from E. Roosevelt Rd. to E. 14th St., designated as residential permit parking zone 1675;
S. Indiana Ave. (east side): from a point 225 feet south of E. Roosevelt Rd. to E. 14th St., designated as residential permit parking zone 1675;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
