ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to repeal parking prohibited at all times from the following portions ofthe below named streets:
S. Indiana Ave. (west side): from E. Roosevelt Rd. to E. 14th St., repeal No Parking Any Time - Tow Zone
S. Indiana Ave. (east side): from a point 225 feet south of E. Roosevelt Rd. to E. 14th St., repeal No Parking Any Time - Tow Zone

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
