ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the RT3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-G in the area bounded by:
West Roscoe Street; a line 186.24 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Southport Avenue; a line 125.35 feet south of and parallel to West Roscoe Street; a line 211.24 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Southport Avenue.
To those of a RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, which is hereby established in the area described.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.

The undersigned certifies that he will comply with the requirements of ยง 17-13-0107 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance by sending the attached letter to such property owners who appear to be the owners of the property within the subject area not solely owned by the applicant, and to the owners of all property within 250 feet in each direction of the lot lines of the subject property, exclusive of public roads, streets, alleys and other public ways. The attached letter will be sent by USPS first class mail on or about July 22, 2015.
