ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone at 3400 through 3457 North Springfield Avenue, from West Roscoe Street to West Cornelia Avenue (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
