I have appointed Bishop Horace Smith as a member of the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund Board until December 31, 2017, such period allocated as follows: a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2015, to complete the unexpired term of Cesar A. Gonzalez, who has resigned, followed immediately by a full two-year term.

Your Committee on Housing and Real Estate, for which a meeting was held on September 16, 2015, having had under consideration the appointment introduced by Mayor Rahm Emanuel on July 27, 2015, this being the appointment of Bishop Horace Smith as a member of the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund board, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body Approve said ordinance transmitted herewith.
