BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION l. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by changing all of the District B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as
shown on Map No. 10-D in the area bounded by
East 43rd Street; South Drexel Boulevard; a line 198.30 feet south of and parallel to East 43rd Street; a line 114.00 feet west of and parallel to South Drexel Boulevard;
to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
