BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1: Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the designation and appropriate symbols and indications of a segment of the West 18th Street right-of-way on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by

 

The west line of South Loomis Street to the alley next west of South Loomis Street on the south side of West 18th Street

 

to remove all designations of such segment as a Pedestrian Street

 

SECTION 2:   Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the designation and appropriate symbols and indications of a segment of the South Loomis Street Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by

 

The south line of West 18th Street to a line 15.9 feet south of West 18th Street on the west side of South Loomis Street

 

to remove all designations of such segment as a Pedestrian Street

 

SECTION 3:   Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the designation and appropriate symbols and indications of a segment of the South Blue Island Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by

 

Aline 15.90 feet south of West 18th Street to a line 71.12 feet southwest of the aforesaid line as measured along the northwesterly line of South Blue Island Avenue on the northwest side of South Blue Island Avenue

 

to remove all designations of such segment as a Pedestrian Street.

 

SECTION 4:   Section 17-3-0503-D of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by deleting the stricken language and inserting the underscored language as follows:

 

[The other pedestrian streets and pedestrian retail streets in these subsections are unaffected by the changes and are not included for editorial convenience.]
