ORDER

ORDERED. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to (contractor's name and address):

Landmark Sign Group 7424 Industrial Avenue Chesterton, Indiana 46304

for the erection of a sign /signboard over 24 feet in height and /or over 100 square feet (in area of one face) for 1515 N Halsted LLC (landlord of New City Project) located at 1538 N. Clybourn Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60642 (north elevation) with the following dimensions,

height, and square foot area:

Dimensions: Length: 26'6"                     Height: 3'6"

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign:    43'9" Total square foot area:      92.75 sq. ft.

Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
